Outdoor Motion Detector

The Outdoor Motion Detector is a high-performance, weatherproof sensor engineered to provide reliable perimeter protection in outdoor environments. Utilizing a combination of PIR (Passive Infrared) and microwave detection technologies, this motion sensor effectively detects human movement while minimizing false alarms from pets, wind, or weather elements. With Z-Wave Plus protocol support and advanced signal processing, it seamlessly integrates into modern home and commercial automation systems. Ideal for triggering security alarms, outdoor lighting, or automated routines, this motion detector offers both security and convenience in one rugged unit.

Product Features

Dual Technology Motion Detection

Combines PIR and microwave sensing based on the Doppler principle to enhance detection accuracy while reducing false triggers.

Z-Wave Plus Compatibility

Supports Z-Wave Plus protocol (SDK 6.71) for smart integration into home automation systems. Communicates securely and reliably over 868.42 MHz or 908.42 MHz frequency bands.

Long RF Transmission Range

Delivers over 100 meters of RF communication range in open space, ensuring reliable connectivity for large properties.

Advanced Pet Immunity

Engineered to ignore animals up to 77 lbs (35 kg), making it ideal for homes with pets while still detecting human movement accurately.

Adjustable Sensitivity

Includes 16 levels of PIR sensitivity and 3 microwave sensitivity modes, allowing customization for different environments.

Weatherproof and Durable

Rated IP65, the sensor is sealed against rain, dust, and snow. Operates reliably in harsh outdoor conditions, including direct sunlight and wind up to 30 m/sec.

Intelligent Signal Processing

Microcontroller-based processing enables temperature compensation, walk-test modes, and audible alerts for intruder detection.

Tamper Protection

Equipped with both front and back tamper detection to prevent unauthorized removal or sabotage.

No Maintenance Required

Designed for long-term operation without the need for frequent servicing.
