Product Description
The 50 mm x 50 mm x 2440 mm galvanized cable tray is a compact, corrosion-resistant solution designed for routing and supporting electrical, communication, and data cables in both indoor and outdoor environments. Manufactured from hot-dip galvanized steel, this cable tray provides mechanical strength and long-term durability, making it ideal for structured cabling systems in industrial, commercial, and infrastructure projects. Its compact size makes it suitable for tight spaces or low-volume cable runs where protection and neat cable arrangement are essential.
Product Features
Durable Galvanized Steel Construction
Constructed from high-quality, hot-dip galvanized low-carbon steel conforming to BS EN 10346:2009, this tray resists corrosion and withstands harsh environmental conditions.
Compact U-Shaped Profile
With 50 mm depth and width, it is ideal for low- to medium-capacity cable runs such as data lines, power cabling, or control wiring, offering solid protection and cable alignment.
Clip-On Lid System (Optional)
Bridge pieces can be added to retain cables and secure an optional lid, helping protect against dust, impact, and cable displacement while enabling easy access during maintenance.
Modular Accessory Compatibility
Supports seamless integration with bends, tees, reducers, and junctions, ensuring flexibility in layout design without compromising on strength or function.
Quick and Reliable Installation
Pre-drilled fixing points and included hardware simplify mounting, reduce labor time, and ensure a secure and clean setup with fewer coupling screws.
Customizable & Scalable
Available in special widths or multi-compartment designs on request, with local fabrication support. Ideal for customized industrial or IT infrastructure applications.
Low Maintenance with Long Service Life
Galvanized coating ensures minimal degradation, reducing maintenance needs and total life-cycle costs.
